Helper Safety Guidelines

At Favor On-Demand, your safety is a top priority. These guidelines are designed to help you make informed decisions and stay safe while completing tasks.

Before Accepting a Task

• Carefully review the task description, location, and details 
• Ensure the request is clear, appropriate, and within your comfort level 
• Avoid tasks that seem suspicious, misleading, or incomplete 
• Do not accept tasks that may violate local laws or platform policies 

You should decline or avoid tasks that:

• Appear unsafe or involve risky environments 
• Involve illegal, prohibited, or inappropriate requests 
• Require specialized licenses or skills you do not have 
• Feel misleading, unclear, or suspicious 

 When to Report a Task

You should report a task if:

• The request appears illegal or violates platform policies 
• The task description is misleading or does not match the actual request 
• You feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any point 
• A user behaves inappropriately or unprofessionally 
• You suspect fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior 

Reporting helps us keep the Favor On-Demand community safe and allows us to take appropriate action.

• Trust your instincts at all times 
• Leave immediately if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable 
• If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (911 in the U.S.) 
• Notify Favor On-Demand support so we can review and take appropriate action 

• Meet in well-lit, public, or safe locations when possible 
• Share your task details with a trusted friend or family member 
• Use Favor On-Demand’s task sharing feature (if available) for added visibility 
• Avoid entering private or unfamiliar locations if you feel uncomfortable 

• Keep all communication within the Favor On-Demand platform when possible 
• Do not share sensitive personal or financial information 
• Be cautious of users asking to move conversations off-platform 

Helpers are responsible for ensuring that any equipment used for tasks is safe and appropriate.

• Use safe and properly maintained tools 
• Follow applicable safety standards for the task 
• Wear protective gear when appropriate 
• Avoid using damaged or unsafe equipment 

Favor On-Demand is not responsible for tools or equipment supplied by Helpers.

If you encounter a problem, please report it to Favor On-Demand:

• Unsafe or suspicious tasks 
• Inappropriate behavior 
• Misleading or fraudulent requests 

We take all reports seriously and may take action, including removing tasks or suspending accounts.

As a Helper, you are an independent contractor and are responsible for:

• Your own safety and decision-making 
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations 
• Only accepting tasks you are comfortable completing
