Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

11. Google Sign-In & Data Usage

Favor On-Demand allows users to sign in using their Google account through Google Sign-In.

When you choose to sign in with Google, we may collect the following information from your Google account:
• Name
• Email address
• Profile picture (if available)

This information is used solely to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Authenticate your identity
• Provide access to the Favor On-Demand platform

Favor On-Demand does NOT:

• Access your Google Drive, Gmail, or other private Google data
• Store or process sensitive Google user data
• Sell or use Google user data for advertising purposes
• Share your Google account information with third parties, except as necessary to provide our Services

We use Google user data strictly in accordance with Google’s Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is only used to provide and improve user-facing features of the application and is never used for advertising, profiling, or data resale purposes.

When a user requests account deletion, their account is first deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after up to thirty (30) days.

During this period, users may restore their account by logging back in, which will cancel the deletion request.

After the deletion period expires, Favor On-Demand will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account, except where retention is necessary for:

• Legal compliance
• Payment processing and financial recordkeeping
• Fraud prevention and security purposes
• Dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements
 

Favor On-Demand does not guarantee immediate deletion of all data and may retain limited information as required by applicable laws or legitimate business purposes.
