Prohibited Tasks Policy

Favor On-Demand is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and trustworthy marketplace for all users. This Prohibited Tasks Policy outlines activities that are not allowed on the platform.

To protect our community, the following types of tasks are strictly prohibited.

• Purchasing, delivering, or handling illegal drugs or controlled substances
   
• Theft, fraud, or scams
   
• Impersonation or deceptive practices
   
• Any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws
   

Tasks involving weapons or hazardous materials are not allowed, including:

• Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
   
• Transport or handling of dangerous chemicals
   
• Any activity that could cause harm to individuals or property
   

Favor On-Demand does not permit:

• Sexual or adult-oriented services
   
• Escorting or companionship services of a sexual nature
   
• Any request involving explicit or inappropriate behavior
   

Tasks that may pose a safety risk are prohibited, including:

• Activities requiring licensed professionals without proper credentials
   
• Dangerous construction or hazardous labor
   
• Tasks that may result in injury or harm
   

The following are not permitted:

• Tasks that misrepresent the true nature of the request
   
• Requests designed to exploit, scam, or deceive Helpers
   

Violation of Platform Guidelines

Any task that violates Favor On-Demand’s Terms of Service or community standards may be removed at our sole discretion.

Favor On-Demand reserves the right to remove any task that we determine, in our sole judgment, to be unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our platform standards—even if not explicitly listed above.

Favor On-Demand reserves the right to:

• Remove any task that violates this policy
   
• Suspend or permanently deactivate user accounts
   
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
   

Favor On-Demand is a technology platform that connects users with independent service providers. Favor On-Demand does not perform, supervise, or control the services provided by users on the platform.

By submitting a task, you confirm that:

• Your request is lawful, safe, and accurate
   
• You comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
   
• You understand that violations may result in removal from the platform
