Certain services available through the Favor On-Demand platform may require professional licenses, permits, certifications, or other regulatory approvals under applicable state or local laws. These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Beauty services
• Grooming services
• Handyman services
• Repair services
• Any service that requires licensing under applicable law

By selecting or offering services within a category that may require licensing, the Helper certifies that:

• They hold all required licenses, certifications, or permits required by applicable state and local laws
• All licenses are valid and in good standing
• They will provide proof of licensing to Requesters if requested
• They are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to their services

Favor On-Demand does not verify, guarantee, or endorse any licenses, certifications, or qualifications claimed by Helpers.

Favor On-Demand is a technology platform that connects Requesters and Helpers and does not perform or supervise services listed on the platform.

Requesters are responsible for verifying any licensing, qualifications, or credentials that may be required for the services they request.

Users should exercise their own judgment before engaging a Helper for services.

Helpers agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to the services they offer through the platform.

Failure to comply with applicable licensing laws may result in removal from the platform.

Favor On-Demand reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any Helper who:

• Misrepresents licensing credentials
• Violates applicable licensing laws
• Fails to comply with platform policies

Favor On-Demand shall not be responsible for any misrepresentation, licensing violations, or regulatory noncompliance by Helpers using the platform.
