Paying for Your Task Is Simple and Secure

Favor On-Demand makes paying for completed tasks easy, secure, and convenient.

All payments are processed securely through the app, so there's no need to exchange cash or arrange payment outside the platform.

Our goal is to provide a safe, transparent, and reliable payment experience for both Requesters and Helpers.

Here's what you can expect.

Before posting a task, you'll be asked to add a valid payment method to your account.

This allows Favor On-Demand to securely process payments once your task is complete.

When you post a task, an authorization may be placed on your payment method for the agreed-upon budget.

This is not a charge.

The authorization simply confirms that the funds are available when the task is completed.

Once your Helper finishes the agreed-upon work, you'll have the opportunity to review the completed task.

If everything looks good, the task can be marked as complete through the app.

After the task is completed and confirmed, your payment is processed securely through Favor On-Demand.

The Helper then receives their payout according to our payment process.

To help protect everyone using the platform, Favor On-Demand uses Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor, to securely process all transactions.

With Stripe:

• Payment information is encrypted and securely processed. 
• Helpers never see your full payment details. 
• Favor On-Demand does not store your complete payment card information.
