You're never required to accept a task. You have complete control over which opportunities you choose.
If a task requires tools or equipment that you don't have, it's usually best to decline the opportunity
unless the Requester has indicated they will provide them.
If the Requester asks you to perform work beyond the original scope of the task, discuss the situation before beginning.
The original task should be completed for the agreed-upon budget. Any additional work should be posted as a separate task with its own description and budget.
