5 Steps to Become a Helper
Step 1 — Create Your Account
Download the Favor On-Demand app and create your Helper account. You'll be asked to provide basic information, including your name, email address, phone number, and a secure password. Creating an account only takes a few minutes.
Step 2 — Verify Your Identity
To help keep our community safe and trustworthy, Helpers are required to complete our identity verification process. Verification helps build trust with Requesters, improve marketplace safety, and protect everyone using the platform. Additional verification requirements may apply depending on your location or future platform updates.
Step 3 — Complete Your Profile
A complete profile helps Requesters get to know you before working together. Be sure to include a friendly profile photo, a short introduction about yourself, your skills and experience, and any relevant work history or specialties. A detailed profile helps build confidence and may increase your opportunities to accept tasks.
Step 4 — Browse Available Tasks
Once your account is ready, you can browse available tasks in your area. Each task includes helpful information such as task description, budget, location, photos or videos (when provided), and special instructions. Review the details carefully before deciding whether the task is a good fit.
Step 5 — Accept Tasks and Start Earning
When you find a task that matches your skills and availability, you can choose to accept it. Before beginning work, you'll have the opportunity to communicate with the Requester and confirm that you understand and agree to the task details. Once the task is completed and confirmed, you'll receive your payout according to our payment process. It's that simple.
