Helpers are solely responsible for determining and maintaining any credentials required for the services they offer.

1. Helper Licensing Responsibility

Helpers represent and warrant that they have and will maintain, at their own expense, any licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, or other approvals required by applicable law for the services they provide through Favor On-Demand.

2. Compliance With Applicable Laws

Helpers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, provincial, national, and international laws and with any industry standards applicable to their services.

3. Proof of Licensing

Favor On-Demand may request proof of licensing, permits, registrations, certifications, insurance, or other qualifications where appropriate. Helpers are responsible for keeping any required credentials valid and in good standing.

4. No Guarantee of Helper Qualifications

Favor On-Demand does not supervise Helper work, warrant Helper qualifications, guarantee that Helpers are adequately licensed, guarantee the availability of any Helper, inspect completed work, or guarantee results.

5. Requester Responsibility

Requesters are responsible for determining whether a particular service requires professional licensing, permits, certifications, insurance, or other qualifications and for evaluating whether a Helper is appropriate for the requested service.

6. Platform Role

Favor On-Demand is a technology platform that connects Requesters with independent Helpers. Favor On-Demand does not directly provide, perform, supervise, direct, or control the professional services offered or performed by Helpers.

7. Platform License

Subject to compliance with the Favor On-Demand Terms and Conditions, Favor On-Demand grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service, including the mobile application, for personal use and for the intended purpose of the Service.

8. Restrictions on Platform Use

• Users may not copy, download, redesign, reconfigure, reverse engineer, or retransmit the Service except as expressly permitted
• Users may not use Favor On-Demand trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written permission
• Users may not sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit the platform license except as expressly authorized
• Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by Favor On-Demand

9. Intellectual Property

The Favor On-Demand Service and its proprietary materials, including text, graphics, designs, interfaces, software, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, and other content owned by Favor On-Demand, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Favor On-Demand Marks

The Favor On-Demand name, trademarks, service marks, logos, and related brand assets are owned by Favor On-Demand. Users may not copy or use Favor On-Demand marks without prior written consent.

11. User-Generated Content

User-generated content remains subject to the rights and licenses described in the Favor On-Demand Terms and Conditions. Users remain responsible for content they submit through the Service and for ensuring that such content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Enforcement

Favor On-Demand may suspend or terminate access to the Service where a Helper misrepresents qualifications, fails to maintain required credentials, violates applicable licensing laws, or otherwise violates the Favor On-Demand Terms and Conditions or platform policies.
