Favor On-Demand is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and trustworthy marketplace. Helpers and Requesters may not post, request, accept, perform, facilitate, or use the Favor On-Demand platform in connection with activities that violate this policy, the Favor On-Demand Terms and Conditions, or applicable law.

1. Illegal Activities

• Any task or activity that violates applicable federal, state, local, or other law
• The purchase, sale, transport, delivery, or facilitation of illegal substances or controlled goods
• Fraud, scams, identity theft, impersonation, or deceptive practices
• Unauthorized access to property, accounts, devices, systems, or data
• Instructions or assistance intended to facilitate criminal activity
• Human trafficking, prostitution, or other illegal services

2. Weapons, Explosives, and Dangerous Materials

• Tasks involving firearms, ammunition, explosives, or other weapons
• Tasks involving the creation, transport, distribution, or handling of dangerous materials without appropriate authorization
• Activities intended to cause physical injury, property damage, or other harm
• Tasks involving hazardous substances without legally required training, licensing, equipment, or safeguards

3. Unsafe or High-Risk Tasks

• Tasks that pose an unreasonable risk of injury to a Helper, Requester, another person, an animal, or property
• Dangerous construction, structural, or hazardous labor that cannot be lawfully or safely performed
• Tasks involving specialized work that the Helper is not qualified, licensed, trained, or equipped to perform
• Activities involving critical infrastructure or other high-risk environments where unauthorized work could create significant harm

4. Professional or Regulated Services

• Professional services that require a license, permit, registration, certification, or other legal qualification when the Helper does not hold the required credential
• Legal interpretation, legal guidance, or decisions with legal implications without review by a qualified professional
• Medical, dental, healthcare, financial, investment, or other regulated professional services where applicable law requires specific qualifications
• Licensed contracting work, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other regulated services, when proper credentials are required and not maintained

5. Adult, Sexual, or Inappropriate Services

• Sexual or adult-oriented services
• Escorting or companionship services of a sexual nature
• Production, distribution, or facilitation of sexually explicit content
• Any task involving sexual exploitation or inappropriate sexual conduct

6. Child Exploitation or Abuse

Favor On-Demand strictly prohibits any activity or content that exploits, abuses, harms, or endangers children, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any activity that encourages, supports, facilitates, or promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse. Favor On-Demand may report suspected child exploitation or abuse to appropriate authorities or organizations where required or appropriate.

7. Harassment, Threats, Violence, or Harm

• Tasks intended to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, bully, humiliate, or harm another person
• Activities that encourage, support, or facilitate violence, terrorism, or violent extremism
• Tasks intended to damage property or harm animals
• Surveillance or monitoring of individuals in violation of applicable law or without required consent
• Activities that promote unlawful discrimination or harmful conduct based on protected characteristics

8. Fraudulent, Deceptive, or Misleading Activities

• Tasks that misrepresent the true nature or purpose of a request
• Requests designed to exploit, scam, deceive, or financially harm another person
• Fake reviews, deceptive ratings, or fabricated user feedback
• Identity fraud or impersonation
• Phishing, malware, malicious software, or other fraudulent digital activity
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior or deceptive campaigns

9. Privacy and Personal Information

• Improper use or disclosure of confidential or personal information
• Unauthorized recording of users or tasks
• Use of another person’s likeness, voice, biometric information, or other personal attributes without required consent
• Activities that violate another person’s privacy, data protection, publicity, or personality rights

10. Platform Abuse and Circumvention

• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the operation or security of the Favor On-Demand platform
• Attempting to bypass platform safeguards or security controls
• Using the platform to distribute spam, malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent Favor On-Demand fees or payment processes in violation of the Terms and Conditions
• Using the Service in a manner intended to harm Favor On-Demand, its users, systems, providers, or partners

11. Prohibited High-Risk Decision-Making or Manipulation

• Using the platform to automate or facilitate high-stakes decisions affecting another person’s safety, rights, employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, or essential services
• Inferring protected characteristics or sensitive personal traits without appropriate consent
• Political campaigning, targeted political persuasion, or lobbying activities that violate applicable law or platform standards

12. Misrepresentation of Qualifications

Helpers may not misrepresent their qualifications, skills, licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, certifications, experience, identity, or ability to perform a service. Helpers are responsible for ensuring they are legally and professionally qualified to perform any service they accept.

13. User Responsibility

• Requesters are responsible for ensuring that the tasks they post are lawful, safe, accurate, and permitted under Favor On-Demand policies
• Helpers are responsible for reviewing tasks before accepting them and declining work that is unsafe, illegal, prohibited, or outside their qualifications
• Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Favor On-Demand policies

14. Enforcement

Favor On-Demand reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove tasks, cancel requests, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, deactivate accounts, terminate access, or take other appropriate action when activity violates this policy, the Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or platform safety standards. Favor On-Demand may also report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

15. Platform Role

Favor On-Demand is a technology platform that connects Requesters with independent Helpers. Favor On-Demand does not directly perform, supervise, direct, or control services provided by Helpers. Users remain responsible for their own conduct, services, decisions, qualifications, and compliance with applicable law.

16. Reporting Prohibited Activity

If you encounter a task or user activity that you believe violates this policy, please report it through available in-app reporting tools or contact Favor On-Demand at [email protected].

17. Governing Terms

This Prohibited Tasks Policy should be read together with the Favor On-Demand Terms and Conditions, Trust & Safety policies, Helper Safety Guidelines, License Disclaimer, and other applicable platform policies. If there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions control.
