Your Right to Deletion

Under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), you may have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the Favor On-Demand account settings when that feature is available. You may also submit a deletion request by emailing [email protected]. Please provide enough information for us to identify and verify your account and clearly state that you are requesting deletion of your Favor On-Demand account and associated personal information.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

When you request account deletion, your account is first deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after up to thirty (30) days. During this period, you may restore your account by logging back in, which will cancel the deletion request.

Information That May Be Deleted or Anonymized

• Account profile and associated personal information
• Information associated with your use of the Favor On-Demand platform
• Personal information that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected
• Other personal information subject to a valid deletion request, unless an applicable exception or retention requirement applies

Information We May Retain

Favor On-Demand may retain certain information when necessary for legal compliance, payment processing and financial recordkeeping, fraud prevention and security purposes, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or other purposes permitted or required by applicable law. Favor On-Demand may also retain certain non-personal, anonymized, or aggregated data for business, analytics, and operational purposes.

Third-Party Information

Where required by applicable law, Favor On-Demand may direct third parties to whom personal information has been sold or shared to delete applicable personal information, unless doing so proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

Verification of Your Request

Before processing certain privacy requests, we may need to verify your identity. Any personal information collected for verification will be used solely for the purpose of verifying the request.
