For Helpers
You deserve to work in an environment that is safe, respectful, and fair. Our policies protect Helpers from fraudulent requests, unreasonable expectations, and unsafe situations.
How We Are Building a Trusted Marketplace
Identity Verification
Helpers are required to complete our identity verification process before they can begin accepting tasks. This helps confirm that Helpers are who they say they are and reduces the risk of fraudulent accounts.
Ratings and Reviews
After every completed task, Requesters have the opportunity to rate their experience and leave feedback. This transparent system helps build accountability and allows future Requesters to make informed decisions.
Secure In-App Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor. Keeping payments within the app protects both Requesters and Helpers from payment-related fraud.
Community Guidelines and Policies
Our Prohibited Tasks Policy, Helper Safety Guidelines, and Terms of Service establish clear expectations for everyone using the platform. These policies exist to protect our community and ensure a respectful experience for all.
Reporting Tools
Both Requesters and Helpers can report concerns, unsafe behavior, or policy violations through the app. We take every report seriously and review concerns in accordance with our platform policies.
