Favor On-Demand is designed to connect people for everyday tasks that are legal, safe, and appropriate. To protect our community, certain types of tasks are not permitted on our platform.
Requesters are responsible for ensuring that the tasks they post comply with our policies. Helpers are responsible for declining any task they believe violates our guidelines.
What Is Not Allowed on the Platform
Illegal Activity
Any task that involves or facilitates illegal activity, including theft, fraud, drug-related activity, or any other violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Weapons
Tasks involving the purchase, sale, transport, or handling of weapons, firearms, ammunition, or related items.
Drugs and Controlled Substances
Tasks involving the purchase, sale, transport, or handling of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
Dangerous or Hazardous Work
Tasks that create unreasonable safety risks, including work involving hazardous materials, unsafe structures, or activities that could cause serious injury.
Fraud and Deception
Tasks designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead another person, including fake reviews, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
Harassment and Discrimination
Tasks that involve harassing, threatening, or discriminating against any person based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
Adult or Inappropriate Services
Tasks involving adult content, sexual services, or any other inappropriate activity.
Unlicensed Professional Services
Tasks that require a professional license (such as electrical, plumbing, or medical work) may not be performed without the appropriate credentials.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter a task or behavior that appears to violate our Prohibited Tasks Policy, please do not post or accept it. Report the issue to Favor On-Demand through the app.
Violations of our Prohibited Tasks Policy may result in account suspension or removal from the platform. We take every report seriously and review concerns in accordance with our platform policies.
