Review Your Helper's Profile
Before your task begins, take a few moments to review your Helper's profile. Look at their ratings, reviews, and completed task history. A verified profile with positive feedback helps you feel more confident about who you're working with.
Clearly Describe Your Task
A detailed task description helps set clear expectations before work begins. Include what needs to be done, where the task will take place, any special instructions, and whether tools or materials are required. Clear expectations reduce the chance of misunderstandings.
Communicate Through the App
All communication with your Helper should take place through the Favor On-Demand in-app messaging system. This keeps your conversations secure, creates a record of task-related discussions, and helps protect both parties.
Keep Payments in the App
For your protection, all payments should be made through Favor On-Demand. Paying outside the platform may reduce payment protections and limit our ability to assist with payment-related issues. Our secure in-app payment system is designed to protect both Requesters and Helpers.
Trust Your Instincts
If something doesn't feel right before or during a task, trust your instincts. You can communicate with your Helper through the app to address concerns, or contact Favor On-Demand Support if you need assistance. Your safety and comfort always come first.
