Our Trust and Safety Features
Identity Verification
Helpers are required to complete our identity verification process before they can begin accepting tasks. This helps confirm that Helpers are who they say they are, reduces fraudulent accounts, and gives Requesters greater confidence in the people they're working with.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor. Payment information is encrypted, Helpers never see your full payment details, and Favor On-Demand does not store your complete payment card information.
Ratings and Reviews
After every completed task, Requesters have the opportunity to rate their experience and leave feedback. This transparent system builds accountability, helps future Requesters make informed decisions, and encourages Helpers to consistently provide excellent service.
In-App Messaging
All communication between Requesters and Helpers takes place through the Favor On-Demand in-app messaging system. This keeps conversations secure, creates a record of task-related discussions, and helps protect both parties.
Privacy Protections
We take protecting your personal information seriously. Verification information is handled securely and used only for verification, safety, and platform operations in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Reporting Concerns
Both Requesters and Helpers can report unsafe behavior, policy violations, or concerns through the app. We take every report seriously and review concerns in accordance with our platform policies.
